Is TierStep a bulk or wholesale discount plugin?

No. Bulk-discount plugins lower the price when one customer buys more units. TierStep changes the price for everyone as total sales grow, which suits early-bird and launch pricing.

Do sales from before the campaign count?

No. Counting starts the first time you enable the campaign.

What happens after the last tier?

The product goes back to its regular price. You can show a sold-out message in Settings.

Do cancelled and refunded orders count?

Cancelled orders stop counting. Refunded units are given back to their tier unless you turn that off on the campaign.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes, with classic and block themes. If your theme moves things around, place any part with a shortcode or block.

Does it work with caching?

The countdown keeps time in the browser, so it stays right on cached pages. Units left and prices update when the cached page refreshes; product and cart pages are usually not cached.

Which products are supported?

Simple and variable products. Grouped and external/affiliate products aren't supported.

Is TierStep free?

Yes, completely, with no paid version.
