Which platforms do your add-ons support?
We build add-ons for both WooCommerce and FluentCart. Each product page clearly states which platform it’s for. Our first WooCommerce add-on, TierStep, is live, and FluentCart add-ons are on the way.
Are your free plugins really free?
Yes. Free plugins like TierStep have no paid version and nothing locked. You install them from WordPress.org (or search for them under Plugins → Add New Plugin), and updates arrive automatically.
What do I need to run them?
A current WordPress and the store plugin each add-on is built for. TierStep needs WordPress 6.7+, PHP 7.4+ and WooCommerce 8.0+, and supports simple and variable products. Each plugin page lists its exact requirements.
Do your WooCommerce add-ons work with the block checkout?
Yes. They’re built and tested for both the classic cart and checkout and the Cart and Checkout blocks, and they’re HPOS compatible.
Where do I find my downloads and license keys?
Free plugins update through WordPress.org. For paid plugins, downloads, orders and license keys live in your account dashboard.
